GENERALS is a dynamic and culturally engaging gang prevention program designed to establish genuine connections with gang-involved individuals. Rooted in a deep understanding and respect for gang culture, our program creates safe and meaningful relationships that serve as the foundation for transformative change. We are dedicated to fostering connectivity to supportive services that enhance participants' quality of life. Additionally, our program integrates a therapeutic boxing component, apprenticeship exposure projects, and an employment program for eligible participants.

Trifecta is a workforce development program that serves young adults 18 and up by offering entrepreneurial/career fairs, job training/readiness, and year-round community engagement activities. We combine on-the-job training, and classroom instruction for those interested in returning to work since the impact of the pandemic. Our primary goal is to remove the childcare and transportation barrier for families willing to return to the workforce.

​STRONG RECOVERY is a hospital-based violence intervention program designed to provide comprehensive support and resources to individuals affected by violence-related injuries. By addressing the immediate and long-term consequences of violence, the program aims to interrupt the cycle of retaliation, promote healing, and empower individuals to pursue alternative paths.
